Story Plot
There was a girl born with magical powers named Star Skipper, who can turn rocks into stars and ride on them anytime. She lives in a massive town that is by the famous Paramount Peak. but a sinister team of agents behind a evil government disguising to be the law, named Cosmos Brigade, has been worded by their captain, Lightning Rider, that he has seen the Star Skipper, and command his team to convince the famous residents at Paramount Peak that she is a threat. Will She and her only 2 friends stop this evil government?
