Horror Decades Project [1980s]
A young girl witnesses the death of her parents being murdered by the St. Patrick's Day Killer. For some reason, he lets her live and escapes, but is captured by police soon after. 20 years later, he escapes from prison... and he wants revenge. He wants to kill the woman he should've all those years ago. An homage to 1980s slasher films.
