SpongeBob, along with Patrick, who has been turned into a balloon, journeys across several alternate realities known as the Wish Worlds to save their friends and the town of Bikini Bottom with the aid of the mermaid fortune teller Madame Kassandra after an event causes the fabric of the multiverse to fall apart.
