Story Plot

SpongeBob and Patrick embark on a quest to clear the name of Mr. Krabs, the owner of the Krusty Krab restaurant, who has been framed for stealing the crown of ocean deity King Neptune, all in a plan of world domination by Plankton. Leaving the familiar confines of Bikini Bottom, SpongeBob and Patrick venture out towards Shell City, where they hope to find Neptune's crown, but numerous obstacles stand (or float) in their way.

One change from the original I’d make is when Squidward gets to the bottom of the bucket hat craze, but instead of being just him, it’s him and Sandy, as Sandy also notes this and tries to analyze it for herself and meets up with Squidward, and they confront Plankton, and the scene plays out the same as the original from there
