An old-school New York City mobster who along with Fisk and other crime bosses make up the organized crime syndicate known as the Maggia. He runs a weapons industry known as "Silver Industries". In season 3, he and other members of the Maggia enter a gang war, at the end of that season he puts on robotic armor.
