Fan Casting Spider-Man vs Punisher (Webbverse)

With two totally different people, while Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) is the friendly neighborhood friend, Frank Castle (Ray Stevenson) is a vigilante who is on the streets of New York every night, taking down the bad guys and always continuing with his work, the film would promote the crossover between Spider-Man and Punisher with the two fighting and having to take the other's head to the Kingpin (the person responsible for this rivalry), how would that end?
