After the loss of Gwen Stacy, Peter and Spider-Man fall into a pit of rage and depression, dawning a black suit and a quest for vengeance against the Green Goblin, who has disappeared since Gwen’s passing. Everything changes when Peter meets Mary Jane Watson, and the more he spends time with her, the more he regains his hopeful self. But what happens when the Goblin returns?
