Feeling a little self-conscious without a high tech Stark suit, Peter tries to get one from Reed Richards. In the process he comes in contact with the Venom Symbiote.

Description of Venom's voice when possessing Peter Parker:

This Venom Symbiote was born of a bit leftover of the Venom from the Venom-verse. While acting as Peter's suit, it influences him to give into his darker impulses, becoming more violent and hooking up with Black Cat. It speaks to Peter in the voice of Karen, the AI from his first Stark suit to lull him into a false sense of security.
