Synopsis

Takes place after Spider-Man : Reborn After his battle with Alistair Smythe ending with Smythe impaled by his own creation, Peter is a bit paranoid that someone is always out to get him, his paranoia starting to make him become more bitter. After a sudden arrest, Peter is put on trial and must prove his innocence because of crimes he's never committed. Now he must prove his innocence and find out who really is behind all of this, while avoiding a old friend who has been brainwashed into finding and killing him on sight.

An alternate version of Norman Osborn who was responsible for the creation of Damage Control. Figuring out what happened to his alternate self, he chooses not to become The Green Goblin, but still poses a threat to Peter as a corrupt businessman.
