The Sinister Six appear in The Spectacular Spider-Man. Introduced in the episode "Group Therapy", Doctor Octopus, Sandman, the Shocker, the Vulture, the Rhino, and Electro pool their resources together and organize a jail break via Hammerhead, then go after Spider-Man, though they are defeated by his symbiote suit.
