Spidey soon comes into contact with cat-burgler Black-Cat who he is smitten by a bit. Spider-Man will also meet the man without fear: Daredevil. Spidey and Daredevil will start getting at eachothers throats but will have to put their differences asides when mega crime boss, the Kingpin is planning something big for the two vigilantes of the night. Kingpin will unleash many rouges of both Spider-Man and Daredevil after them. It's up to Spidey and Daredevil possibly with the help of Black-Cat to take on these foes and take the fight to Kingpin. The Punisher sets his sight on the two heros too.
