Synopsis

After being bit by a radioactive spider and loosing his uncle Ben, Peter Parker tries to balance out his life as the new superhero named Spider-Man while also having to maintain a relationship with his friends and family, while also be a top student in his High School.   • riotxvl Episode 1x01: "First Swing" - Peter Parker is in his first month as the Crime fighting hero known as Spider-Man. It's been a month months since his Uncle Ben died. He is still on his freshman year in high school and he has an internship with Dr. Curt Connors as a lab assistant. One day they bring a diamond to be studied to the lab. That night when Peter is leaving he sees Doctor Curt Connors try to take the diamond home and so Peter suits up as Spider-Man to tell him to leave it, Connors tries to attack him and Peter defends himself, but in doing so he unmasks the fake Connors as The Chameleon, a specialist hired by a secret criminal mind, The Chameleon is capable of mimicking the voice and movements of a person with a perfect sense of disguise.

  • riotxvl Episode 1x02: "Webbed Wings" - Adrian Toomes builds a suit that allows him to fly with wings and a propellant. His partner Gregory Bestman embezzles funds from their company causing them both to go bankrupt. Adrian uses his suit to turn into a life of crime and becomes the villain known as The Vulture. When Toomes robs a bank Spider-Man gets to the scene and tries to stop him, but he manages to escape. Peter starts to do some research on Adrian until his best friend Harry Osborn, son of Norman Osborn who is also the owner of Oscorp, tells him that he heard Norman talk about Toomes, he heard that Toomes was rich and that Bestman got the help of a criminal mind to trick Adrian into believing they were both bankrupt. Peter understood that Adrian's next target is gonna be Bestman so he tries to go to stop him.

  • riotxvl Episode 1x03: "Sand Trap" - Flint Marko, a small crook escapes from a small heist and goes into the beach to loose the cops, he enters a high radiation site, after a few minutes of waiting there, he couldn't move his feet or legs since they started to turn into sand. Peter sees homecoming is soon and so he asks his crush Liz Allan to Prom, she was Flash Thompson's girlfriend but after getting into a fight with him, she accepts to go with Peter. Marko wakes up with his body normal on the side of the beach, he realizes he now has Sand based powers and so he decides to use them to make a big score. Spider-Man gets to the scene of the heist and goes against Sandman.

  • riotxvl Episode 1x04: "Power Play" - Max Dillon an electrical engineer has an accident at a powerplant after a lightning struck him. Miraculously he's alive but with his skin all scared and with electric based powers. Peter has a school trip to the powerplant, but while they are in the tour, Max enters the place asking for the company to pay for his recovery but they deny it. Peter suits up and tries to battle him, but get's knocked out. When the police arrives, Max flees the scene. Gwen Stacy, one of Peter's best friends, takes him to a room in the powerplant and helps him get back on his feet, Gwen tells Spider-Man he didn't take his mask off and gives him an advice to take down Max. Peter gets back on his feet and goes fight Max who now goes by the name Electro.

  • riotxvl Episode 1x05: "Toxic Vendetta" - J. Jonah Jameson, the editor and chief of the Daily Bugle, hired a private investigator named Mac Gargan a couple of months back to follow Spider-Man since Jonah has a vendetta against him. In the present, Peter requests a Job at the Daily Bugle as a photographer. That night Jonah finances an experiment to grant Gargan superhuman powers thank to a mysterious doctor named Dr Farley Stillwell who was secretly sent by a Criminal Mind. Stillwell is an expert in animal DNA, thanks to this Gargan obtains Scorpion like abilities and an exoskeleton suit with a poison tail. But the transformation made Gargan's psychologic stability to shift and desire to take down Spider-Man. Gargan takes Jonah hostage to get Spider-Man's attention and when he arrives they get into a battle.

  • riotxvl Episode 1x06: "Unstoppable Force" - Aleksei Sytsevich is an enforcer for the Russian Mafia, but one day he gets approached by a criminal mind to be the test in an experiment for some cash. Peter goes to F.E.A.S.T. a food shelter run by Martin Li, where Aunt May works, there he meets a volunteer named Eddie Brock. The Experiment of Aleksei gives him an extremely incremented strength and size, plus indestructible skin with a horn in the top of his head to be able to attack. The criminal mind is revealed as Tombstone, he was responsible of what happened with Chameleon, Vulture, Electro and Scorpion. He makes Rhino cause mayhem in the streets of New York to attract Spider-Man and kill him. Peter sees Rhino in the News and jumps into the action. Spider-Man gets a little help from the Human Torch, the member of the Fantastic Four, to take down Rhino.

  • riotxvl Episode 1x07: "Disrupted Vibrations" - Herman Schultz a frustrated inventor of Oscorp uses his engineer skills to design a pair of gauntlets that allows him to generate powerful shockwaves and vibrations. The gauntlets are rejected by the company so he quits. Peter is going to Homecoming with Liz Allen, but his best friend Mary Jane tells him that Gwen has liked him for a while and that he should have invited her. Tombstone reaches out to Herman and persuades him into using his gauntlets to go for a life of crime and rob banks, knowing that this would make Spider-Man fight him. Peter tries to talk to Gwen, but Liz gets jealous and leaves him and goes back to Flash. Herman robs a bank with a new suit and going by the name Shocker. Peter has to leave the party to suit up. In the battle, Shocker kills a cop called Jefferson Davis and Spider-Man gets enraged, he interrogates him and finds out about Tombstone.

  • riotxvl Episode 1x08 (Finale): "Empire's End" - Peter is filled with rage after Jefferson Davis was killed by Shocker and he goes to find Tombstone, once he gets to his penthouse he gets trapped inside it. Lonnie Thompson Lincoln was born with a rare medical condition that made him look like a living corpse. His skin also made him extremely strong, and resistant. With this and his strategic intelligence he adopted the name of Tombstone and rose through ranks into becoming a crime boss. Back to the Penthouse, Tombstone attacks Spider-Man, he tells him that he needs to get out of his way before more people get hurt. He leaves Spider-Man incredibly injured but manages to escape. goes to ask Captain George Stacy help to take down Tombstone, but the Captain tells him they've tried before. They need for Tombstone to be taken down for people to confess against him. Peter gets back on his feet and heads to the Empire State where Tombstone is, for one last battle against him. After Tombstone gets arrested a crime boss gets a word of this and prepares to take New York, they call him Kingpin.
