The head doctor of the Ravencroft Institute, an asylum specializing in super-powered people with mental illnesses, Dr. Kafka believes that you can get further with a kind word than you can with electro-shock therapy. While thankful for Spider-Man and other Superheroes' help, she can't help but wonder if his actions only antagonize her patients.
