Story Plot
As Peter and his friends prepare to go to college, the young hero comes into conflict with a trio of criminals who made a promise years ago to ruin Norman Osborn, who is now a mayoral candidate. However, all of them soon become hunted in the night by a masked specter: the Goblin!
