Spider-Man: Multiverse Mayhem is a 2018 American animated superhero film based on the Spider-Man characters created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. A reboot of Spider-Man film series, it was directed by Michael Bay, from a screenplay by Christopher L. Yost, Eric Pearson and story by Craig Kyle. The film stars an ensemble voice cast with Jacob Bertrand, Robert Pattison, Brandon Perea and Mason Thames as the titular team, alongside Morgan Freeman, Jamie Lee Curtis, Peyton List, Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Durand, JB Smoove, Nicholas Hoult And Adam DeVine. Multiverse Mayhem follows the Spiders, who, with the help of their new ally Mary Jane Watson, go on a hunt for and face off against a mysterious crime boss, The Lizard, and The Spider-Man Revenge Squad.
