Peter Parker gave up being Spider-Man following the death of his wife Mary Jane Watson during a massive superhuman skirmish in New York. He left his daughter May, and promised that he would return. That was 12 years ago. Peter is now a traveling photographer that barely stops by home now, and has been trying to reconnect with his now bitter daughter. When May's powers start manifesting though, she finds herself donning the iconic Spider-Suit and taking on a threat that may know more about the Parkers than May herself....
