Norman decides one day to destroy Spider-Man once and for all and sees an opportunity to create a helper when a cancer-stricken man named Adrian Toomes asks Norman for help in curing his illness. He blackmailes and brainwashes Toomes and makes him a dreaded weapon dealer under Norman's command. He sends Toomes on Peter and a big fight breaks out, causing Toomes to kill police captain Stacy when he manages to rip off Peter's mask." The film will be very much about how Peter grew as a person and hero and how the sentence "With great power comes great responsibility!" changed his life for the better.
