Peter Parker has been exiled from New York after causing an accidental “spider-virus” throughout the entire city during a battle against Shocker. As he tries to adapt, he discovers that some of his enemies are trying to weaponize the spider-virus, forcing him to come out of hiding and, with help from people who have been affected and enhanced by said spider-virus, protect the Big Apple.
