In a new environment than Midtown High School, Flash has to settle with the fact that he's no longer the big man on campus and his ego is made minuscule by this. He wants to turn things around and leave his bully persona in the past, but it isn't exactly easy to leave his arrogance behind. Still cant stand Peter, but now has a tolerance for him.
