  • Plot: Miguel O'Hara, who is now the leader of the Spider Society, receives a message containing an evil presence. He and the Society deduce that Mysterio from Peter Parker's universe has been restored to life, and they resolve to stop him; however, they discover that Alonzo Lincoln has escaped and has taken the identity of Tombstone. They realize that he is working with Mysterio and that they plan to wipe out the entire multiverse and remake it in their image.
  • Using the new multiversal portal they created, O'Hara, as Spider-Man, transfers another version of Parker, known by the younger Parker as Peter-Two, and his girlfriend Mary Jane, to his universe. Parker and Peter-Three warn Peter-Two of Mysterio and Tombstone, and he agrees to join them. The Society battle Mysterio, only to be interrupted by the future CEO Parker. Mysterio seemingly kills the CEO and escapes, forcing the Society to evaluate a plan. Gwen Stacy, who in her universe lost her version of Peter-Three the same way he lost her in his world, explains that her similar story to his, and also confesses her love to him. He gladly returns that love, and they share a kiss.
  • A younger version of Miles Morales arrives and offers to join the Society, which they accept. The Society teams up with Michelle Jones-Watson; they find that Dana D'Angelo and Aftershock are unavailable at the moment. They are attacked by Mysterio, who destroys Michelle's lab and kidnaps both her and Mary Jane.
  • Narrowly escaping to an alternate, desolate and war-torn planet, the Society fights numerous dead creatures and Miles is injured; O'Hara heals Miles with the help of the Peters. Approaching Mysterio's ship after he finds them, the Society battles his clones and Peter-Two engages Tombstone in a violent fight. Peter-Three is overpowered and killed by Mysterio with Gwen watching in horror. Peter-Two is fatally wounded but he defeats Tombstone nonetheless before dying in Mary Jane's arms.
  • O'Hara avenges Peter-Two's death by brutally killing Tombstone, before he takes the Society to an abandoned ship, which is in surprisingly good condition. Enraged by the deaths of both Peters, O'Hara decides to go back alone, and he confronts Mysterio.
  • Gwen is comforted by the MJs, who encourage her to help O'Hara. Mysterio tries to create a multiversal portal so he can wipe out the entire multiverse, but O'Hara destabilizes it enough for it to only destroy the planet he and the Society are on, and he engages Mysterio in a fierce and long battle. After he is overpowered, Mysterio prepares to kill him, but Gwen grabs a large broken piece of Mysterio's ship and deflects the fatal blast, saving O'Hara and accepting his offer to help him defeat their enemy. Bestowed an infinity stone from Gwen, O'Hara empowers his suit with it and destroys Mysterio, allowing him and the Society to escape the planet and return to his Earth.
  • In the aftermath, O'Hara stores the infinity stone in a vault before making a vow with the Society to revive their fallen comrades. The CEO steals the infinity stone and empowers his suit with it, and before the end credits roll, he swears revenge for being evaded.
