Story Plot
Takes place 2 years after Spider-Man 4, Kingsley found Norman Osborn's secret Goblin hideout some time after Osborn's apparent death and reworked the Green Goblin's formula and weapons to become a new supervillain called the Hobgoblin. In this new guise, Kingsley planned to establish himself as a powerful criminal and take control of the New York underworld.
