Taking place 6 months after the 3rd film Peter Parker is broken. The events that took place tore him apart from Mary Jane and left his best friend dead. Now Peter has nobody except his Aunt, who has been sick. Struggling to pay the rent and his Aunts bills Peter begins to crack. On top of all that there is a new villain in town vowing to bring the city to its knees.
