Story Plot

With just a few months having passed after the death of his best friend Harry Osborn(James Franco), Finally ready to pop the question to Mary Jane( Kirsten Dunst), and a new pair of villains on the rise such as the symbiotic Carnage/Cletus Kasady(Woody Harrelson) and a vengeful Adrian Tombs(John Malkovich), Spider-Man/Peter Parker(Tobey Maguire) must fight his hardest battle to not only protect those closet to him but also his own internal struggles as well.
