As Peter Parker adjust to his life after the events of No way home, New York City has declared superheroes or Vigilantes illegal by it's new Mayor, Wilson Fisk. Spider-Man objects to this and continues to be the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Which leads him to meet a famous New York Vigilante named Daredevil. The 2 then start to work together to potentially find a way to get Kingpin out of the office and free other heroes. Meanwhile Kingpin, frustrated with Spider-Man's continus antics, decides to higher Mac Gargan, now free from prison, to hunt and potentially kill Spider-Man with a new identity he is given, Scorpion.
