Synopsis

"Spider-Man" centers on student Jim Hawkins who, after being bitten by a genetically-altered spider, gains superhuman strength and the spider-like ability to cling to any surface. He vows to use his abilities to fight crime, coming to understand the words of his beloved Uncle Prince Charming: "With great power comes great responsibility."

Description of Anastasia (Anya):

Anastasia, often shortened to Anya, is the deuteragonist of [[Spider-Man]] and it's 2002 sequel Spider-Man 2 and the tritagonist of Spider-Man 3. She’s a character that first appeared in the same name by 20th Century Fox created by Don Bluth in 1997. She was played by Meg Ryan in all three films in the Liman & Hill’s Spider-Man Trilogy between 1999 and 2005. She's the love interest and later girlfriend of Jim Hawkins. She was once the ex-fiancée of Ben Tennyson and an ex-girlfriend of Artie Pendragon and Buddy Pine.
