2 years after Spider-Man 2, a symbiotic named Venom, invades Spider-Man's (Tobey Maguire) suit, turning it back. But, a new villain that Spider-Man recently thrown in jail, The Vulture (Ben Kingsley) wants vengeance. He teams up with Flint Marko (Thomas Haden Church) to join his plan on vengeance. Will Spider-Man stop them?
