Differences: Once again; Harry is played by Jake Gyllenhaal, MJ gets better writing and Gwen is around now. In this version, MJ isn't so much of a b*tch and she doesn't run off with John Jameson. Gwen and Peter begin to bond in this movie and they form a friendship. George Stacy is introduced in this, played by Gary Oldman. Nick Fury and Tony Stark appear in a post-credits scene setting up an Avengers movie.
