Story Plot
After the events in LA, Jack and Annie get engaged and move to New Orleans after Jack gets accepted into the FBI. Soon after a man contacts Jack and threatens to cause chaos in the city if he doesn't finish them. He has to accomplish them under certain amount of time or else people will die. So Speed is literally the name of the game.
