On a school field trip, Penelope Parker is bitten by a radioactive modified spider. She wakes up the next morning with incredible powers. After witnessing the death of her aunt, Penelope Parker decides to put her new skills to use in order to rid the city of evil, but someone else has other plans. Dr. Carla Connors is just another experimental scientist at OsCorp and has been meeting with Normani Osborn and developing a antidote that can cure Normani’s “Goblinisim” but things goes south as Connors is effected with the toxin and is transformed into a Lizard, as Lizard Connors loses control of her mental states and causes destruction in New York. With great power, comes great responsibility, Penelope must become the hero she needs to be and save Gawain Stacy, Normani Osborn, and the city.
