Peter Parker has been Spider-Man for 2 years now. He is currently in College with his friends, Mary Jane Watson and Harry Osborn. Peter has to deal with one of his professors, Otto Octavius who he saw as a revolutionary scientist until he creates robotic tentacle-like arms that he starts controlling his mind and starts using them for evil and a thief known as Black Cat after she steals a watch Peter had that was gifted to him by his father. Norman Osborn tries to reconnect with his son, Harry while trying to achieve great power at the same time, slowly driving himself to insanity.
