He belongs to the trio of original cannibal brothers alongside his kin Three Finger and One Eye. He is the oldest amongst his living brothers. He first appeared in the first film yet died due to being sidelined by an explosion in his cabin which was caused by survivor Chris Flynn. Saw Tooth did not return in the second film, and did not get credit for the third horror film. He later appeared in the following sequels and prequels of the films.
