Synopsis

In this animated epic: Sonic and friends have joined The Free Worlders, and with Julien now going by Ivo Robotnik, who’s been building machines to aid them, they now stand a fighting chance against Colin Kintober, but they don’t have enough resources, and they need more allies, so Sonic and Amy are sent out to go and find King Nigel Acorn’s daughter Sally who’s been trying to recruit The Echidnas for the last few months much to Nigel’s chagrin. He’s received news of an impending attack on Angel island and Sally hasn’t responded to his messages. Meanwhile Ivo and Tails are having trouble building a new robotic for their war efforts, but their project may have to be put on hold when Maria after months of waiting, has grown impatient waiting for The Mobians to help her find Shadow and so she sets out to go find him herself. Little do they know that all their paths will be linked in ways they couldn’t imagine.

Description of Rogue The Bat (Agent of the Overworlders):

Rouge has been raised for most of her formative years in a Human lab to be a stealthy espionage agent and fierce fighter for Kintober. But the brainwashing isn’t perfect, her smallest act of rebellion is stealing things whenever her “owners” aren’t looking. She slowly will grow more rebellious as the film goes on but won’t be able to break free from The Overworlder regime just yet.
