Sequel to Time Travel Trouble
With Eggman and the remainder of his forces off the map, Sonic and the Freedom Fighters have finally fulfilled the prophecy about Sonic's family and Mobius is restored. But there is the problem with their peace: they'll have to disband the Freedom Fighters. As they struggled to deal with this separation one year later, Eggman has created a rift in the space-time continuum and brought visitors from an alternate reality known as the Suppression Squad to aid him in regaining his "throne". But Scourge, leader of the Suppression Squad, wanted Mobius for himself to rule, so he and his team attacked Eggman and now begins their conquest on Mobius. So, the entire Freedom Fighter team must reunite to stop Scourge from conquering the planet they fought so hard to liberate.
