Description of Tempest The Dolphin (Character and Art by Sonic Legacy ):

An hourglass dolphin from Mobius's seas, Tempest left her home to seek new opportunities on land such as her pursuit in becoming a chef. Tempest tends to act tough and gutsy due to being a tomboy, but she also has a kind empathetic heart that deeply cares for her friends and can help calm down others in times of argument or conflict, being sort of a 'big sister'. In a fight she has a strong tail great for slapping, can shoot powerful blasts of water from her blowhole, and is quite fast both on land and in the water. She met Sonic after they alongside Mighty and Ray were kidnapped and taken to Eggman Island. Together the 4 of them were able to take it down and become good friends.
