Fan Casting Sleet in Sonic The Hedgehog: The Blue Blur

A hyena goon hired by Mammoth Mogul to retrieve the Chaos Emeralds, Sleet and Dingo are much akin to the other comedic villain duos of Scratch & Grounder, Rough & Tumble, and Orbot & Cubot. He is the smart one of the duo and is the one that comes up with the strategies, additionally carrying a laser pistol in case he needs to get into fights. He is wily, sharp, and prudent, but is handicapped by his partner's stupidity. Unlike the other duos mentioned before, Sleet genuinely hates Dingo for his stupidity and incompetence, not realizing he's part of the problem. He frequently likes to burst into evil laughter, much to the dismay of literally everyone around him.
