Weeks after the battle with Hyper Metal Sonic, Sonic and his friends have been chilling out in South Island. However, they suddenly blacked out, and found themselves in the Pokémon world, specifically Galar, and suddenly meet a runaway Tyrannitar/Typhlosion fusion named Troph. As Sonic, Tails, Knuckles explore Galar, chaos soon unfolds as the Kaiju Shin Godzilla and Gigan appeared in this world too. With the Kaiju threat, and the release of Eternatus, only the 3 and Troph can save the world
