The aftermath of the war
(An IDW Animated Series) About a month after the war, Sonic is running from town-to-town, trying to figure out why Eggman's badniks have returned, but with no one to control them. (Also yes I am aware of Sonic Rebound, however this one wouldn't go off on its own direction, at least not until after the Metal Virus Saga.)
