  • @nickienicks @castingsinmyblood @otsutsuki @pumpkinchowcorg and @robertcooper This is my latest story for now. I have another one but I’m saving that for Christmas, so it won’t be public until that time of the month. Enjoy this tear jerking sci-fi drama Solarcraft.
  • Plot: A mysterious activity is spotted on the planet Neptune. As the activity gets louder, a young adventurer named Raven Larson volunteers to go to Neptune, which her father reluctantly allows. She enters the pod and goes into hyper sleep, and the pod sets course for Neptune.
  • The pod lands on it’s destination, but Raven awakens to find that it has been 40 earth years since her launch occurred. She breaks down into tears, and worries that her family is now dead, oblivious to the fact that her younger sister Shelby is searching for their father’s missing hyper sleep pod, revealing that her entire family is still alive. Raven searches for supplies, and she runs into an abandoned station where she finds fresh food, clean water, and a bow and arrow.
  • Shelby finds their father, David, still in hyper sleep. She deduces that she and the others were drugged and put into the pods because the government believed that they were responsible for the seismic activity in Neptune. She frees David and they find the rest of their family in other pods, and they free them as well. David writes an angry message for the government, threatening them that if they accuse them of being responsible for seismic activity again, they will fight back.
  • Raven meets the wise emperor Lord Bloo, who grants her safe passage to see his advisor, Onasaar. He modifies Raven’s bow and arrows, before she leaves and heads back to the pod. Having deduced that Raven is alive and the years of the Universe itself donot work the same way as Earth years do, Shelby and Danny modify a rocket enough that it will only be gone for 10 years before it returns, and they enter it against the wishes of David.
  • Raven explores a cave that was used as a station, and finds more supplies before going back out. She contemplates staying in Neptune as she believes that she cannot return to earth due to the damage her pod has sustained. Lord Bloo convinces her that nothing is impossible. Sir Henry Abrahams VIII, a preacher, advises Shelby and Danny to go with God’s peace before they enter the rocket and set the course for Neptune. Raven fixes the pod completely, but it is missing fuel. As she manages to locate fuel from another station and brings it to the pod, the Government arrives with a spaceship and, still believing she and her family caused the seismic activity within Neptune, destroys both the pod and its fuel. Shelby and Danny arrive in the rocket, and Raven is tearfully overjoyed as she realizes she was wrong about her family being dead.
  • The government arrives again and attempts to arrest the family, but Lord Bloo and his army save them. Lord Bloo counteracts the Government’s claim with the truth, stating that the seismic activity was a worm they killed. The Government refuses to believe him, but Lord Bloo’s second-in-command Pakaar arrests the Government leader, William McConaughey, forcing them to leave. Raven thanks Lord Bloo and bids him farewell before going with her family back to earth.
  • They arrive back in earth, and David, now 68 years old as it is now 2022, is reunited with the family. Raven tearfully accepts his offer to stay on earth, as she vows to never venture back into the Outer Space. Shelby decides to continue living with Raven in Montana if the latter wishes so until she gets her own home, and Raven allows it as the end credits start rolling.
