Synopsis

Years ago, Kaos attempted his greatest evil scheme yet—siphon the magic from Skylands and bring it to Earth using a terrifying spawn of the Darkness known as the Magic Eater, so he and his forces could conquer Earth and prevent its portal masters from being a thorn in his side ever again. However, the plan went awry, and it led to Kaos and the young portal master apprentices who fought alongside the Skylanders losing their magic and the Skylanders being reduced to lifeless figurines while the Magic Eater escaped into the unknown. Years later, the Magic Eater resurfaces and aims to enact Kaos's plans so it can conquer both worlds, having adopted his sense of malice with his magic, and it'll take the power of a whole new generation of Skylanders and a group of young portal masters raised up by these former apprentices to save both Skylands and Earth. ‖ fancast for a hypothetical Skylanders reboot/Skylanders 7. Description of Square Root:

A Tech Element Core Skylander initiated after the loss of the original Skylanders. Square Root was created to be the smartest robot in all Skylands, so that his inventors could answer any problem that befell them. However, this task meant that Square Root's development was neverending, and his creator unfortunately passed before he could truly be finished. So, Square Root traveled Skylands to gain more knowledge and fulfill his creator's dreams, and joined the Skylanders as his vast amounts of knowledge told him the rise of evil was something only he could help prevent with his vast intelligence.
