Description of Freddie:

A British portal master who specializes in the Water Element, and notably helped the main heroes save Earth and Skylands from the Magic Eater five years ago. Now an older adult, Freddie works their days away as a counselor at Skylander Academy and a teacher to budding portal master apprentices on Earth, but is called to help out the people of Cloudbreak due to the main heroes being busy in the Lowlands.
