An American portal master who specializes in the Tech Element. CeCe has always been passionate about medicinal sciences and wants nothing more than to be a famous doctor when she grows up, having spent most of her free time memorizing medicinal textbooks and more for fun. Though she has no magical abilities of her own, she's found that by merging her knowledge of medicine and medical tech with the magical tech of Skylands, she has the ability to create medical tech that can heal her allies just like magic can.
