An NPC that appears in the past segments. Tide is the younger brother of Piscean, and like her, had been taken away from home to serve the Arkeyans before finally returning with her to help with rebuilding... But, he's young enough that he's generally thought of as too young to make any significant contributions, and he absolutely hates it. Unfortunately, there's some who are a bit too willing to take advantage of his desperate want to help out. Preteen.
