The Mirror counterpart of Master Eon. Evilon is a tyrannical portal master said to be ones of the most evil portal masters history's ever known, and for decades has ruled Mirror Skylands with an iron fist. He was sealed into a magic mirror by his long-standing archenemy Kaossandra during one of their last spats, and after a brush with the heroes of the regular Skylands, it was thought that his reign had ended for good...
