Description of Bienvenido:

A portal master from the Dominican Republic who specializes in the Air Element. Bienvenido's a little jokester who always seems to make others smile wherever they go, and though they're quite skilled with the Air Element, they prefer to use their skills for pranks and gaffs and fun shenanigans as children often do. When the Mirror of Mystery sucked them in, they decided to join up with Mirror Kaos and his army in order to protect both their homeworld and the Mirrorverse. Child, fancasted VAs must be Black and/or Latine.
