During the battle with Strykore, Stealth Elf's light was stolen by accident when she tried to stop Strykore from stealing Spyro's light, leaving her with an evil side she must now conquer. In the process of learning to conquer this evil side, she finds some startling revelations about herself, her past and her future—but whether she'll be able to keep these from overtaking her depends on her own willpower.
