Vikram Prasad is a depressed nobody who longs for a purpose. Badly beaten after a scuffle with thieves, he finds himself the newly appointed avatar of Lord Shiva, charged with protecting the boundary between the natural and supernatural worlds; finally, the purpose he needed.
