Synopsis

The plot revolves around three characters: Horton the elephant, the one-feather-tailed Gertrude McFuzz, and Jojo, the son of the mayor of Whoville. The show is narrated by the Cat In The Hat, who also serves as a sort of emcee and fills in various minor characters.
