Vincent Lauria, after winning plenty of pool contests, opened a billiard saloon that is doing very bad, a reflex of the pool scenario around the world. He decides to organize a big contest in his saloon, so he takes a trip around USA to recruit talents for the contest. The point is... the contest will have new and old talents competing equally.
