Nick Weston is a depressed young man who works in an office and his "best friend" sleeps with his girlfriend and his boss is cruel. As if that wasn't enough, he lives in the so-called Scum City, which is ruled by a despotic and psychopathic mafia boss - Frank Tremblay, along with his equally sadistic sons - Ryan and Sam. In the city, there are dealers, pimps, rapists and the biggest scum on every corner, the police are corrupt as mayor of the city. After saving people during a bank robbery, Nick awakens his deadly skills and decides to bring the city to order himself
