A team of five scientists work on a project that revives soldiers from the dead using cyborg technology which comes with more advanced combat skills that would take more than five decades to learn, and superhuman powers. Little the scientists know, the body they are experimenting the project is on the serial killer Ted Bundy by mistake. The scientists must hold the line and stop Ted before he kills more people
